₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎ ₊˚⊹♡ If the client has any  specific requests regarding the working process or compensation , please discuss them  before placing the order . Otherwise, the artist will assume that the client has agreed to the Terms of Service and has no further questions.

𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯 GENERAL TERMS .ೀ
𖹭 Payments are accepted via  bank transfer and PayPal .
𖹭 The artwork will only be started after the artist receives a  50% deposit .
𖹭 The artist may use the artwork in their  portfolio and for personal promotion , except for  private commissions .
𖹭 The artist has the right to  sign the artwork .
𖹭  Do not modify the final artwork  without prior permission.
𖹭  Do not deny or remove the artist's authorship .
𖹭 The deadline will be partially affected by the  client's response time  during the working process.
The artist will  refuse refunds  in cases where the
deadline is delayed due to the client taking too
long to respond or provide adjustments during the
working process.
𖹭 The deadline will be  discussed after the artist has completed the sketch stage .

𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯 REVISIONS AND USAGE .ೀ
𖹭 If you wish for the artwork to remain  private , please discuss this before the commission begins.
𖹭  Do not trace, use the commissioned artwork for NFTs, or use it with AI. 
𖹭 The artist will begin charging  additional fees for major revisions after the color sketch stage .
𖹭 The final artwork can only be revised  free of charge  if the artist did not follow the brief, made mistakes or omitted features or accessories, or if errors appear in the artwork.
𖹭 The period for  free revisions is within 1 month  from
the date the client receives the artwork. After this period, the artist will
charge an  additional revision fee .
𖹭 The artist will retain the  commission files  (including
the final image and CSP file) for a  maximum of 3 months .
𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯 REFUNDS AND COMPENSATION .ೀ
𖹭 A  100% refund or an agreed-upon form of compensation  will be provided if an issue caused by the artist prevents the artwork from being completed.
𖹭 A  refund of 5–200% of the order value  or an agreed-upon form of compensation will be provided in cases where the artist  misses the deadline , depending on the length of the delay. Refunds do not apply in cases where the commission process receives responses from the client too late.
𖹭 A  50% refund or an agreed-upon form of appropriate compensation  will be provided if the artwork does not meet the minimum requirements (is significantly different from the sample, lacks proper finishing, etc. For example: the artwork looks like a color sketch or rough sketch rather than a full render). However, the artist has the right to  refuse a refund if the client compares the final artwork with the work of a third party .
𖹭  No refund or resolution will be provided  if the client is dissatisfied with the artwork and posts content that negatively affects the artist before both parties have discussed, communicated, made revisions, and negotiated a form of compensation. At the same time, the artist reserves the right to  refuse any future transactions with such clients . The artist will also refuse any requests to  claim slots on behalf of or act as an intermediary  for such clients.
𖹭 The artist will  refuse to accept and resolve  any cases related to commission adjustments or dissatisfaction with the artwork/service  after 1 month from the date the artwork was delivered .
𖹭 In the event that the artist encounters  force majeure circumstances  (e.g. accidents, illness, or personal issues that directly affect the working process, with photographic evidence for verification) and the client voluntarily wishes to cancel the order, the artist will issue a  refund based on the progress of the work, up to a maximum of 100% of the commission value , and will hand over the work that has already been completed.
